The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service to customers throughout every stage of the charter experience—from the initial inquiry through trip completion and follow-up. This role manages customer communications, prepares quotes and trip documentation, and ensures every interaction reflects DATTCO's commitment to outstanding service.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries received by phone, email, website, social media, and other communication channels
- Prepare accurate charter quotations and follow up with prospective customers
- Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business
- Provide timely, professional communication throughout the customer experience
Trip Coordination
- Create work tickets and trip itineraries
- Confirm customer details to ensure accurate bookings
- Coordinate changes and updates throughout the booking process
- Support successful trip execution through clear and accurate documentation
Administrative & Financial Support
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices
- Maintain accurate customer and trip records within DATTCO's charter management system
- Support accounts receivable activities
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, dispatch, and other departments to support customer needs
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING
Education
· High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience in transportation, hospitality, travel, or another service-oriented industry is a plus
